JobGrove LLC (“JobGrove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the JobGrove platform, including the JobGrove mobile application, the web application at app.job-grove.com, and the job-grove.com website (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By using JobGrove, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
As part of using JobGrove, you may input data about your own customers including names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, and job history. You are the data controller for this information and are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers.
JobGrove collects location data to power route optimization features. This includes service addresses you enter and, with your permission, device location when using route planning features. We do not track your location continuously or in the background.
JobGrove subscriptions are sold exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes your payment; JobGrove never receives or stores your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify your subscription entitlement, and we receive subscription status, plan type, and billing period information. We collect information on how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, browser type, device type, IP address, and timestamps. This helps us improve the platform and diagnose issues.
If you contact us for support or communicate via the platform, we retain those communications to resolve issues and improve our service.
You can create an account or sign in using email, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. When you use a third-party sign-in provider, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and a unique account identifier to create and secure your account. Authentication is managed through Supabase. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary for each provider to perform their function.
JobGrove uses Twilio to send SMS notifications on behalf of businesses using our platform. By providing a phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to job assignments, appointment reminders, and invoices. Every SMS includes an opt-out option. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, allowing you to export or recover your information. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

JobGrove is a business-to-business platform not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of JobGrove after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
